Join Sacred Sister's Circle this Valentine’s season for a nurturing and soul-centered gathering focused on self-love and balancing our heart chakra.✨ Together we will:

o Sip on heart-opening cacao to awaken love and gratitude.

o Discover Heart-Centered Practices:

- Heart chakra meditation, hands-on-heart breathing, and heart-opening poses.

- Recognize signs of imbalance in the heart chakra and ways to restore harmony.

o Have a Self-Love Exploration: Reflect on how to give yourself love and connect more deeply with others.

o Adorn Ourselves: Wear something that makes you feel radiant and beautiful.

o Make mini heart cards with affirmations to remind yourself of your worth and beauty.

o Enjoy chocolate-covered strawberries in the spirit of celebration.

*WHAT IS A WOMEN'S CIRCLE?*

A women’s circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together to connect, empower each other, perform various rituals, and set intentions for the upcoming lunar cycle or season.

Women’s circles are filled with love, support, and encouragement.

Feminine connection is a catalyst for healing and transforming each other.

No experience is necessary, just bring an open heart and a willingness to connect with like-minded women. :)

o The event will feature:

- roses for heart and beauty activation

- deep reflection

- discussion

- feminine connection

o Opening of the circle: self-introduction and intro of the women attending the circle, summarizing the theme and purpose of the event

o Guided visualization to help us relax and dive in deep to the topic of the event

o Sacred journaling + activity and discussion, sharing, connecting

o Closing of the circle, mingling, showing appreciation, love, gratitude for all who have attended
