Chris Weigel believed before his formal education began, that he would be happy making a living if he simply pursued what he loved to do—hang out in a gym and talk to people about health and fitness.

With that in mind, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Winona State University (1993), conduct extensive research and develop sport-specific programs for the Rochester Mayo Clinic, manage a few gyms/clubs, and own an athletic development company (All-Star Development Systems, Inc.) and personal training studio in Dallas (Fit-Zone).

Mika Earthspirit is a licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about Holistic Health. She has spent years learning various modalities such as Yoga, Meditation, Contact and Ecstatic Dance, Authentic Relating and cooking clean food. She has worked in the health industry for over 15 years cultivating these skills and learning the uniqueness of the individual healing journey. She is enthusiastic about awakening Dallas and building healthy, conscious relationships with ourselves and each other. She leads various workshops and events in Dallas, Houston, and Austin. She weaves understanding and compassion with enthusiasm and creative curiosity to help encourage our human unfolding. In her free time, you might find her sitting in a hot spring somewhere beautiful or simply walking around White Rock Lake.
