Cacao & Calm is a soft landing place for the nervous system, a night designed to bring you back into your body through stillness, breath, and the warmth of sacred cacao. We begin with an opening and smudge, clearing the energy of the day so you can arrive fully. From there, we move into a gentle share, creating a circle rooted in safety and connection before the teachings unfold.

You’ll be guided through a powerful exploration of expectation versus intention: releasing the pressure of outcome and reconnecting to the energy of true desire. With that clarity, we transition into the heart of the evening: the cacao pour. As you sip, you’ll feel the medicine soften your edges, open your chest, and prepare your system to receive. Once we anchor your intention, Amy will introduce a couple of accessible breathwork tools, and then guide you through a calming breathwork practice designed to melt stress, downshift your nervous system, and restore inner harmony.

We close the ceremony in stillness, integrating the warmth of cacao with the spaciousness of breath, leaving you grounded, clear, and deeply connected to yourself. This evening is your reminder that peace is available the moment you choose to return to it.
