Their presence exudes calm and wisdom, creating a safe space for exploration and growth. With a heart devoted to holistic healing, she has been on the path to becoming a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (TCMP), delving into ancient wisdom to complement their modern practice in order to restore the body's innate healing ability through ancient treatment practices and herbal medicine.

As an energy healing facilitator, Kat guides your mind, body, and spirit into a full relaxing soulful experience. Along side her energy guides, Kat as enveloped a technique to harness and guide energy along the Meridian channels and chakras throughout your physical and auric feild to enhance innate self-healing and promote a relaxed inner and outer state of being. Kat has expertise in Cacao medicine as well as plant medicine such as psilocybin. As a ceremony facilitator and student of the earth, she started her studies here in Canada, receiving mentorship for cacao medicine and psilocybin. She has gone all over South America to obsorb the wisdom and knowledge from ancestors who brought plant medicine into human hearts, as well as integrating her knowledge of plant medicine into a child like wonder of how everything comes together through divine intervention while guiding others on a transformative journey towards deeper self-awareness, healing, and empowerment.
