Then guided via the Theta healing Technique on a healing and activating meditation journey.
Then laying down to receive high vibrational energy healing with pineal beats, frequency healing, crystal bowl sound bath and tuning forks.
After there is an option to jump in and feel the restorative, euphoric benefits of an ice bath.
And coming back to gather in the circle and bring ourselves back to our present day being, centred, connected and feeling great.
