This event will include a Ceremony grade Cacao (Chocolate), Gentle Yoga with Spinal Awareness, Restorative, Breathwork as well as a deep guided Meditation.This class will provide you with the space and tools to dive deep and allow for what is ready to be released.

Cost is $50 per person
You will need; Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, Blanket, Water
We suggest you not eat or have a light snack before the event to receive the full effects of the Cacao.
