🌿 What to Expect:
- Gentle Breathwork & Movement: Ease into the evening with soft breathing exercises and gentle movement, grounding your body and mind.
- Sacred Cacao Ceremony: Receive the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial-grade cacao, fostering a sense of warmth, connection, and intention.
- Shamanic Sound Journey: Be held in a rich tapestry of sounds, traveling through the cosmos, the Amazon rainforest, and the rhythmic beats of the drum. Let the vibrations of water and waves guide you into stillness.
- Inner Child Healing: We end with a short hypnotherapy session, offering an opportunity to connect tenderly with your inner child.
