About this Event
What does the evening consist of?
This is an evening to make new friends, practice mindfulness exercises, and show up in your most authentic self.
We will open the night with heart-opening cacao, move into authentic relating exercises in smaller groups and one-on-one, and then close out the evening with a short sound healing meditation.
Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to build community centered around mindfulness and conscious relating!
What are the logistics?
We will be gathering at The Center SF at 7:30pm sharp. Late entries past 7:40pm will not be allowed in. Cacao will be provided. Just bring your full, authentic self!
Who is the facilitator?
Anwen is a community-builder, healer, artist, and general lover of life. From 2017-2022 Anwen co-facilitated transformational retreats with YES World - specifically for the Asian Diaspora Jam and the Environmental Changemakers Jam. Jams are a week-long container to build deep community through personal, interpersonal, and systemic change. Anwen completed her sound healing training with Ana Netanel in Los Angeles. She continued to deepen her sound healing training with Simona Asinovski and Guy Douglas of Sound Meditation Presents. She completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Padma Nair in Kerala, India in 2018 and is currently in a 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Janet Stone. In 2021 she trained and became certified in Past Life Regression Hypnosis Healing. From 2018-2022 Anwen founded and ran The Well Organic Kitchen in Oakland. Anwen is the General Manager of The Center SF and is honored to be on this collective healing journey together.
