These 2 hour event will include an arrival smudge, discussion on the significance and health benefits of cacao, a warm cup of a ceremonial amount of cacao to drink (Chocolate from El Salvador), Yoga and Breathwork, finishing the event with guided meditation.This class will provide you with the space and tools to dive deep and allow for what is ready to be released.
Cost is $50 per person
Space is limited to 12 people
You will need; Yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, Blanket, Water
We suggest you not eat or have a light dinner before the event to receive the full effects of the Cacao.
