CAC Seawolves Swim Evaluation Night! Wednesday 530-630pm at UCONN Avery Point! Our intro group is for ages 5 - 10 who want to learn to swim competitively. CAC hosts mini meets that mirror a USA swim meet and kids get a taste of a real swim meet.
Only 2 practices per week!
Tues and Thursday 5-545pm
Intro Compete is for ages 7-12, who are ready to compete at USA meets and practice 3-4 times per week.
Tues/Thurs 5-6pm, plus another weekday night of your choice, plus Sat AM. 4 PRACTICES/WEEK!!!!!!!
