CAC Multidisciplinary Team Member Orientation
Join us for an in-person event on Thursday, August 3rd from 8:00am to 4:00pm at 200 Lakewood Boulevard, Park Forest, IL 60466. This orientation is designed for new members of our multidisciplinary team. You'll learn about the important role you'll play in helping children and families impacted by abuse and neglect. Our expert trainers will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
During the orientation, you'll have the opportunity to meet your fellow team members and learn about the different disciplines represented on our team. You'll also receive an overview of our organization's mission, values, and policies. We'll cover the basics of child abuse and neglect, including signs and symptoms, reporting requirements, and the legal system. You'll also learn about the services we provide to children and families, including forensic interviews, medical exams, and therapy.
