This class is on Friday the 26th of August and starts at 5.00pm. The lesson lasts approximately 2 hours. We will be making the traditional Cabbage leaves Dolmas with beef mince and rice as well bougiourdi (Baked feta). At the end of the lesson you are going to sit down to dine on your wonderful creation, or take it away. Coffees and teas are available during the class as well as Greek cookies.We strive to inspire you and instill in you a passion for Greece and our Greek cuisine.
Ticket prices are $50.00 and includes everything you need.
