On est trĂšs fiers dâannoncer que le chef Jean-Michel Leblond, aka. John Mike sera le porte-parole officiel de Cabane Panache 2025! PropriĂ©taire du restaurant Tripes & Caviar sur la Promenade Wellington de 2013 Ă 2016, il porte depuis Verdun et la rue Wellington dans son cĆur!
Vous pouvez le voir dans sa propre émission «chef John Mike» sur Zeste ou écouter son dernier EP Good to the Bone sur les plateformes de streaming.
Il incarne l'essence mĂȘme de l'Ă©vĂ©nement et saura insuffler son Ă©nergie et sa passion au plus grand party de bois et d'Ă©rable en ville! Yeehaw!

For the occasion, the camp is expanding and getting ready to get you swinging like never before! đ„
This year, get ready for a celebration of sugar time, Quebec culture and its many heritages with festive music that will get your toes tapping and your hips moving!
There'll also be culinary specialties concocted especially for the event, something to quench your gorgoton and a good helping of lumberjack entertainment throughout the camp. đȘ”đȘ

We're very proud to announce that chef Jean-Michel Leblond, aka. John Mike will be the official spokesperson for Cabane Panache 2025! Owner of the Tripes & Caviar restaurant on Promenade Wellington from 2013 to 2016, he's been carrying Verdun and Rue Wellington in his heart ever since!
You can catch him on his own show âchef John Mikeâ on Zeste or listen to his latest EP Good to the Bone on streaming platforms.
He embodies the very essence of the event, and will bring his energy and passion to the biggest maple and wood party in town! Yeehaw!
