Helmets are required, and lights are strongly encouraged.
We adjust rides based on weather and who shows up, but approximate paces and distances for each level are:
- A: 20+mph, 35-40 miles
- B: 17-19mph, 25-30 miles
- C: 14-16mph, 15-20 miles
Hot weather policy for 2025 (subject to change):
When the heat index is above 100ºF, we will adjust the pace and distance downward for each group, and all group rides become no drop rides. As much as we love new riders, if you're new to riding or new to Arkansas's climate, you should ride in the morning when it's this hot.
