Join us for C4K Comp, our annual local adult CrossFit Competition and fundraising event dedicated to supporting our mission to provide free after-school CrossFit and Weightlifting programs within Washington County public schools. This year's event will be held at CrossFit Kakou in Hillsboro, OR and marks our fourth year of fundraising efforts. Our aim for this year is to recruit additional coaches and extend our program's influence to more schools in Hillsboro and Beaverton, OR.
