Background & Intention

Women gathering in circle is as old as time. They have gathered to hold ceremony make medicine council bleed each month pray and celebrate and so much more. The benefits and importance of this precious moment of togetherness is beautifully evident to me and I'd love to share this practice to enjoy eachothers company expand together and maybe get a bit witchy. ;)

It has been a sweet little dream of mine to lead women's circles in my hometown a practice that has been a key part of my own growth and healing journey when living far from my home Basel.

Specifics

Each gathering will have one primary focus in the realm of Health Wealth or Relationship with self and with other.

We practice with tools such as Ritual Sharing circles Embodiment Practices Meditation & Guided Visualizations Collective Wisdom Workshop Exercises Dance and whatever wants to emerge organically in the moment.

All ages abilities and experience levels welcome <3

Time

18:45-21h - make sure to be there by latest 19:00 when the circle closes and we begin together. Ideally you can stay during the full 2 hours. After you're welcome to connect over tea and snacks.

*Each session can be attended individually they don't build up on each other. However there is an inherent value in deepening the practices and relationships by attending consistently.

Energy Exchange

We all have different financial realities. This is why I offer sliding scale pricing on a trust basis.

Choose a payment option that aligns with your current financial context:

> CHF 30 – Supporter: you have a solid income and can afford to support a less fortunate sister

> CHF 20 – Regular: you occasionally have money to invest in yourself

> CHF 10 – Low-Bono: you can only meet you basic financial needs have low or no income or savings

Your honesty and generosity allow me to offer this work to people from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds. Note: No woman will be turned away for lack of funds. If you could use further financial support volunteering may be available. Please reach out.

What to bring

> we sit on the ground so please bring a blanket yoga mat OR meditation cushion to sit on

> water bottle than can be closed

> comfortable clothing in which you can sit and move comfortably (socks and shawl to stay warm)

> optional: you're welcome to bring a snack to share for after our gathering

> any music instruments or items to put on our altar

About me:

I'm a Basel-based certified Coach meditation guide holistic health nut and eternal student of life love and play. For the past decade I've been a Global Citizen experiencing alternative ways of living - creating many homes away from home.

After burning out in Silicon Valley I found healing through women's circles ecstatic dance and Tantric Buddhist practices. Now for the past 6 years I've been offering workshops dance meditation and coaching globally to an english and german speaking audience.

I believe in our individual and collective power to create a more beautiful world led by love not fear - starting with our own lives. I’m passionate about supporting women in discovering what makes them come alive so they may lead a life that aligns with who they truly are and make the fierce contribution they came here to make to the collective.
