Healthy Summer Living: Qigong Moving Meditation
Feeling burned out or always on the go? Qigong is a simple, beginner-friendly way to reset. This mindful movement blends breathwork, gentle flow, and mind focus to reduce stress, boost energy, and improve balance, mood, and mobility. No experience needed!
Dress in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely; athletic shoes encouraged.
After class, stick around for conversation and a chance to connect with the community. PLUS, enjoy a tasty and powerful nutrition boost with an Urban Roots Farms Truemicro freeze-dried microgreens shot! This tiny but mighty ½ teaspoon serving packs in micro broccoli, kale, red acre cabbage, arugula, radish, pea, and beets. Come for the class, stay for the connection (and the greens)!
