Join us every Wednesday at Petaluma Health Center for a fun and engaging session focused on living better, longer. Together, we’ll explore how simple lifestyle shifts—like eating wisely, moving naturally, managing stress, and sleeping well—can help prevent and even reverse chronic health challenges.
Each class is open to all and blends practical knowledge with mindfulness, gentle movement, and meaningful social connection. Come as you are, bring a friend, and take a step toward a healthier, more vibrant life—one week at a time.
These sessions are led and supervised by Lifestyle Medicine physician Dr. Erick Miranda, MD.
