BZP Grand Forks Health Trip Week 3 Cooking Demo

Join the YMCA Health Trip challenge in a cooking demonstration with a blue zones dish! This week we will feature the blue zone Loma Linda.
About this Event

How to participate in Health Trip?

1.) Join as an individual or create your own team! Get your challenge logbook by signing up for Health Trip. By stopping in or calling the Grand Forks YMCA.

2.) Prioritize attending weekly Health Trip events and tracking your progress in the logbook.

3.) Dedicate at least 30 minutes each day to participating in logbook challenges that boost your wellbeing.

4.) Submit your weekly log, or your team members’ log every week either in person at Health Trip events or by email to [email protected] to be entered to win challenge prizes. All winners will announced at the final Health Trip event at the Empire Arts Center.
