Bystander Awareness Training: Late Session

Each February we collectively welcome thousands of people into our spaces to attend our festivals, either as venues or promoters. We want to make sure our audiences feel safe when attending the festival which is why we're offering free training in 'Bystander Awareness' which will be delivered by Good Night Out.

The training will cover a range of topics in a sensitive yet informal way and will be delivered by a specialist trainer. Support will be provided for anyone who may be impacted by the content.

This 2.5 hour training session will improve your:

• Confidence
• Knowledge
• Skills

Topics that will be covered include:

• Sexual harassment and employment law - understanding your obligations
• New legislation Worker Protection Bill 2024 and how to comply
• Active bystander training to equip you with the skills and tools to challenge behaviour in an effective and safe way
