Have you had a baby recently? Have you felt that things don’t quite feel the same? Have you been struggling with your mental health but can’t quite figure out why? Maybe you are already receiving help but want extra support or to meet others who are going through the same as you! You aren’t alone. Mental health difficulties are so much more common than people realise in pregnancy and after having a baby.
Our stay and play offers a warm, non-judgemental space for you to meet other parents and our trained peer supporters and there will always be a hot drink and biscuit waiting. It’s drop in and free of charge to attend.
We know how difficult it can feel to have referral criteria to have to meet and we don’t want to add barriers so we have no referral criteria and it doesn’t matter how old your baby is or any older children you may wish to bring along. We also often get asked if people can bring a friend or family member along for moral support and most definitely you can…in fact this happens more often than you would think!
If you would benefit from a chat prior to coming along then drop us a message! We want you to feel at ease when you come! You can also check out the video on our page showing you where to go when you arrive!
