The morning will begin with mindfulness and mobility work lead by a renowned physiotherapist, a session on gut health by our expert speaker, then we will finish with an empowering workout meant to help you feel revived!
We are excited to host certified Health and Wellness coach Melissa Bozak as our expert speaker on all things gut health! She has been a certified coach since 2016 and also holds a second certification in Hormone Health. Both achieved from the largest nutrition school in the world and taught by world renowned doctors and specialists. During the first few years of Health Caching Melissa started to see a commonality between all of the people reaching out to her. They were all seeking her professional help to assist with the discomfort of their 'Guts". From bloating every time a client would eat, to unmanageable heart burn & indigestion. Stubborn weight gain that all of a sudden became extremely challenging to lose along with brain fog that just wouldn't go away. Constipation, diarrhea. All the same symptoms seemed to keep popping up with every client. This is when she created her Root Protocol 28 Day Gut Reset Program - A program that has become truly life changing for all her clients.
Melissa has spent the last 7 years helping men, women & children to start feeling better by focusing on their gut health. When she says it all starts in your guts - She is NOT JOKING. We are so excited to host renown physiotherapist Adrianne Vangool to lead us in mindfulness and movement to start the morning. She is an author, licensed physical therapist and certified yoga therapist. She is passionate about making the benefits of physiotherapy and yoga accessible to all. This passion has driven her to start Vangool Wellness, a holistic clinic with a focus on women's health throughout the lifespan. Vangool Wellness is passionate about addressing and eliminating barriers that prevent people from taking part in yoga and receiving health services. Adrianne has a podcast, "Awaken To Your Body's Wisdom," where she speaks with thought leaders and change-makers who are making a difference in their community and fields of study. Adrianne has published two books: Yoga for the Stages of Pregnancy and Early Days Postpartum and The Journey of Self-Care to We-Care. Adrianne has a passion for spreading the joy and holistic benefits of whole person care and yoga through her clinical practice, continuing education courses, speaking engagements, podcast, yoga teaching, and writing.
