This recipe was brought to us all the way from the shores of Germany by brewer Wilhelm Sebalds, via the Spanish Springs Brewing Companies, Buzz Brown. Buzz helps keep this recipe alive by assisting in the brewing process once a year for our release of this properly named “BuzzFest” Marzen. Make sure you’re there for the tapping to get yourself some of this fan favorite beer before it’s gone for another year!
