Daniel Jabick, CEO at Generation ReadyDaniel Jabick is the CEO of Generation Ready, a boutique educational consulting firm that that provides job-embedded professional learning to schools. Previously, Daniel held various finance roles in venture investing and investment banking. He holds a BS from University of Maryland.


Charles Joyce, Vice President at KingswayCharles Joyce serves as VP for Kingsway Financial Services (NYSE: KFS), the only publicly-traded US company employing the Search Fund model to acquire and build great businesses. Charles started his career in CT with GE Capital. He holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Aaron Friedman, M&A Leader, FireForge CapitalAaron Friedman is the founder of Guideposts.io and a seasoned business leader with 15+ years of experience in scaling companies, launching startups, and leading operational transformations. His background spans IT, manufacturing, VC, and acquisitions. Originally from El Paso, TX, Aaron began his career rebuilding racing engines and went on to lead growth initiatives for various companies.
