Our Buyers Consultation Workshop teaches you how to handle the first meeting with your clients. This should be in the office and as quickly as possible after your initial contact. We will walk you thru the questions to ask to save you and your clients time and money. We will give you the objection handlers and the scripts to get your clients to agree to sign your Buyers Agency or Buyers Agreement forms.
I believe this is one of the most under-utilized tools in the real estate broker's bag. This will help you solidify the relationship and get you both on the same page.
We will go over the new forms and talking points around that.
