??????? ???? 50%: Have guest register for their free guest ticket and mention you as a referral either by email [email protected] or at the event. Be eligible for 50% Refund of the vendor fee! The vendor with the most referrals win at each event win!

?????????? & ???? ??? ??????: A vendor that does not have a vending table at the event, but would like reach our guest. You will drop off 20-40 product samples and or business cards/flyers to be included in our swag bags that we (Event Coordinators) will hand out to event attendees free! Drop off 12:00pm day of event. You can also hangout walk around, network and pass out business cards/samples. No onsite selling prohibited.

????? ??????: You can share your vendor table with 1 other business (Food & Beverage Vendors not eligible). You will purchase 1 ticket for both of you. I will collect both business information in your registration email.

All indoor spots are first come first serve according to order of purchase, and not who arrives on scene first. You will be notified via email in regards to which placement you have. If you’d prefer an outdoor space please let us know.

We will have 60 indoor vendors & approx. 30 Outdoor Vendors…. Of that, half of the food and beverage vendors will be placed indoor and half outdoor.

Outdoor vendors are encouraged to bring their own 10 x 10 tent, but not required. All tents MUST be weighted down. If it does rain that day, the event will still go on. You can still come to the event and make it work! You may also network inside. Big retailers don’t shut down because of a little rain ??‍♀️.

There are 3 large connector doors at the facility that will assure all patrons can pass through inside and outside freely.

Upon purchasing your ticket, we will email you a free registration form. Please get this registration information in within 7 days of purchasing your ticket. (October Information will go out by 9/30/21)

If unforeseen circumstances causes the event to be changed in anyway we will do our best to accommodate all participants. No refunds will issued unless the event itself is completely canceled.

Nxt Big Thing Charlotte is an organization created to strengthen local black communities, help small businesses strive, and gain exposure by working together. Nxt Big Thing Charlotte is a separate entity from all businesses/individuals participating in the event. Each separate business is liable for the things they sell. Event coordinators are not liable for any accidents/injuries that may occur. Each business should have their own business insurance for such instances.

✔️The average pop up shop only has 20 vendors, we will have 90+. The more people, the more exposure for your brand.

✔️ We advertise our events through several marketing channels at least 2 months prior. This specific event will be advertised via Power98 throughout the month of October. This event is also being advertised in SC, GA, and VA.

✔️Our events usually gets 100+ Guest Tickets RSVP’d for.

✔️Our organization was recognized by Spectrum News 1 Charlotte.

✔️We always giveaway FREE stuff to guest!

✔️Clear, easy to read, and attractive event flyers; which will attract guest.

✔️This is not our first rodeo! Hosted by an experienced pop up shop event host. We can assure you top of the line customer service, organization and coordination.
