Workshop will be hosted at the Marketplace Sotheby's office in Bothell. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to find parking (free) and checkin.
Upon completion of this workshop, you will receive a certificate that will meet the education requirements for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission down payment assistance programs, Fannie Mae HomeReady and Freddie Mac HomePossible loans. Formal underwriting is required.
