About this Event
Join us at Button Brew House for our Annual Rib Cook-Off. This is so much fun with all of the good smells, great beer, and even better people, it just gets better & better every year we do it. St. Louis-style ribs will be prepared and cooked on-site. These ribs are the meatier ribs cut from the belly of the hog after the belly is removed. They are usually trimmed down by cutting away the hard breastbone and chewy cartilage.
There will be first, second, and third place Judge’s Winners and a People’s Choice. The Judges Winners will be determined by a panel of (3) judges. The People’s Choice will be determined by the total amount of votes counted from the ticket holders.
Tickets include (1) vote, (6) ribs, (6) sides
- 3pm Visit each competitor for their tasty rib & delicious side dish.
- 4pm Ribs will be submitted to the judges.
- 530pm Submit your votes INSIDE with the beertender
- 6pm Winners Announced

The Competitors must have the following at their tables for use while preparing, cooking and serving:
- Hand sanitizer
- Disinfectant spray for preparation surfaces (e.g., Lysol, bleach and water, etc.)
- Plastic gloves (for serving)
