You may have noticed that we didn’t host our usual late summer aneurysm support group meeting this year. Instead, we’re inviting everyone to come together in person at the upcoming Butterfly Release Event on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM in downtown Carmel, Indiana.We’ll be gathering at the sidewalk next to Anthony’s Chophouse, located at 211 W. Main Street, Carmel, IN 46032, at the intersection of Main Street and the Monon Trail. The event flyer—created by our very own Julie Workman and her family—is attached with all the details.
To start, we’ll introduce some special guests and hear from a couple of physicians who will speak about current brain aneurysm treatment options. We’ll also welcome a guest speaker who will share his personal story of surviving a rupture. In addition, we’ll have a booth set up with giveaways and helpful resources.
This event is a special opportunity not only to reconnect face-to-face, but also to raise public awareness about brain aneurysms. Following the speaker, we’ll participate in a symbolic butterfly release and enjoy some relaxed time together to catch up and connect.
