This weeks workshop is hosted by Kali Macgregor.Welcome to the Butterfly Garden, a series of free weekly workshops dedicated to teaching children mindfulness and resilience. Each session will be a unique journey, guided by a diverse group of community leaders who bring their own special touch and expertise to the garden.
In the Butterfly Garden, children will engage in activities that promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and positive thinking. Through therapeutic expressive arts, they will learn tools to navigate life's challenges with grace and strength. These workshops are designed to be a safe and nurturing space where every child can grow and flourish, just like a butterfly in a garden.
