About the Workshop---Flutter & flourish! Discover the art of attracting butterflies to your garden with helpful tips and hands-on projects! In this workshop, you’ll learn essential butterfly gardening techniques, including choosing the right plants and creating a welcoming habitat. You’ll also craft two unique, functional garden pieces: a ground butterfly puddler and a hanging butterfly feeder. These additions will enhance your garden while supporting local pollinators. Plus, take home a packet of seeds to start your very own butterfly-friendly garden at home!

About Your Instructor---
Misty Hertzig is the Learning Programs Manager and a certified educator at Huntsville Botanical Garden. She has been with the Garden since 2002 and holds a Master of Education with an emphasis in Environmental Education. She loves working with students of all ages to support the Garden’s mission of connecting people to plants.
