Buttercream Designs Cake Decorating Class

In this class, you will learn to decorate cakes with stylish and fun buttercream designs. Laura Larson from Laura’s Custom Cakes will teach you the basics for creating beautiful rosettes and stunning pulled dots as well as how to use impression tools on buttercream icing. After practicing all the designs, you will receive a 5” crumb coated cake to be decorated with your favorite design.

This class is recommended for students who have taken the Introduction to Cake Decorating Class or who have a basic knowledge of working with buttercream. This class can be a little messy so please wear something that you don't mind getting a little buttercream on or bring your own apron.

Laura Larson is the owner of Laura’s Custom Cakes, a licensed home-based bakery and is also a member of the Fran’s crew. She has a passion for cake decorating and loves to share her excitement with others who want to learn. All The Details:

• Age Level: 13+
• Skill Level: Beginner
• All supplies and tools are provided for use during class.
• We will provide a box to take your cake home in
• The class may be a little messy so we recommend bringing an apron.
• If you have long hair, you may want to tie it back.
• Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class.
• Class requires a minimum of 4 students and there is a maximum of 10 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
• Class will run approximately 2.5 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
