Techniques: Smooth buttercream design on the cake base, piping techniques, and smooth and layering cakes.
This class is part of our Mini-Series courses - these classes are generally held in the evenings on a weeknight. Most classes are 2 1/2 hours in length or less. A wonderful way to learn specific baking or decorating techniques with specialized mini courses.
