Take your cake decorating skills to the next level in our Buttercream Basics on a large cake class! Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your techniques, this hands-on workshop will teach you four beautiful buttercream styles on a pre-baked 7-inch cake:You’ll learn:
How to make, colour, and flavour buttercream plus take home the recipe
Rosette Piping – Create elegant, swirling buttercream roses
Petal Technique – Achieve soft, delicate petal textures
Palette Knife – Learn artistic buttercream blending and textures
Star Piping – Add fun, decorative patterns with ease
You’ll also take home a palette knife and 2D piping tip to continue your buttercream decorating journey at home.
This class includes a 7-inch cake ready to decorate and the buttercream needed to cover the cake. It also includes the board to decorate the cake on and a box to take the cake home. We will provide you with an apron and you will have full use of all the tools, colours and necessary equipment needed to create your cake.
Requirements:
Please wear enclosed shoes.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class starting time.
Customers are encouraged to sanitise hands upon entering the store.
Most importantly, please stay home if you are feeling sick.
