Hey ladies!Let's just admit it - we are all going to really enjoy feasting on Thanksgiving Day! We may even have an extra slice of pie, LOL!
BUT we are finishing 2025 strong and fit, so on November 29th we're hosting our annual Butterball Butt-Smack!
We will begin our workout at 9:00 Sat AM - and make it a butt-smackin' good time!
Meet at MissFits Studio - inside the Health & Wellness Mall of the Woodlawn Shopping Center!
This will be a fun run/walk with some "interesting exercises" along various points in the course.
Totally FREE and open to friends, family, kiddos, out-of-town guests, anyone and everyone! All socially distanced, of course... but fun, nonetheless! :-)
