
About this Event
Do you love butter? If so, this is the class for you. We'll spend a few minutes talking about the make up of butter and then we'll dive right in making butter using the old fashion churning method (using a more modern churn, of course). After you churn your butter, you'll have the chance to add spices to it to make compound butters of your choice. Expect to have fun as we add a little competition into the mix, as well. If you have a special seasoning you'd like to use, bring it along as we'll only be using dried herbs (see list below).
We've scheduled this class a week before Thanksgiving and Christmas so you can show off your butter making skills to your family and friends!
As usual, we'll provide the class with a custom charcuterie board to snack on when you arrive and it's a BYOB! Also, you'll receive 10% discount on all cheese & butter purchases during the class!
