About this Event
Do you love butter? If so, this is the class for you. We'll spend a few minutes talking about the make up of butter and then we'll dive right in making butter using the old fashion churning method (using a more modern churn, of course). After you churn your butter, you'll have the chance to add spices to it to make compound butters of your choice. Expect to have a tone of fun creating your own butter recipes. If you have a special seasoning you'd like to use, bring it along as we'll only be using dried herbs (see list below).
We will provide a personal cheese tasting plate for each attendee, and it's a BYOB! Also, you'll receive 10% discount on all cheese & butter purchases during the class!
This class is suitable for young people 10 and up with an adult. We love to see eager young foodies in our classes!

Face masks will be optional while not eating/drinking. Frequent hand washing and sanitizing will also be required.
