About this Event
The class to open creative blocks, move emotion, ground into identity and health.
We will move and come back to our bodies in a full hour buti class with a purposeful playlist to help you access and move stuck energy and emotion and ground you deeper into your self. We will find our flow before finding the final savasana. In savasana you will be led through a short breathing practice and somatic meditation. The space will stay open for an extended savasana and space to breathe, relax, and restore your energy.
Are you new to buti and a little (or a lot) nervous? I GOT YOU. This isn't about being good, it's about celebrating our goodness. It's about embracing fun, play, dance, and sensuality without the need for performance. The lights are low and VIBEY and the music is loud. This is a chance for you to reconnect to your body and YOU again. All body types and abilities are loved and supported in buti.

Music driven movement that incorporates dance, static shaking, yoga asanas, deep core work, and cross body movements that help you get out of your head and back into your body
it’s a little bit of a rager, little bit yoga, little deep core and muscle burn out, little bit emotional release,
and a heck of a lot of fun
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled on your mat. We will start promptly at 5:45pm
