About this Event
Our chefs will be demonstrating how to butcher a beef tenderloin so that it breaks down into filet mignon. The chefs will be providing tasty snacks during the tenderloin demo, along with a complimentary glass of wine. Cut gloves and knives will be provided during the class. Students will be able to take home what they butcher.
