To help turn festive fear into flavour, Orchard Pig has teamed up with Perry’s Butchers in Spitalfields to host an exclusive free workshop that’s all about building confidence in the kitchen ahead of Christmas.
Join us for an evening of Christmas craft, flavour and hands-on festive know-how inside the cosy, characterful Perry’s Butchers. You’ll learn how to stuff, roll and roast pork to create the perfect porchetta, master your pigs in blankets, and enjoy it all with a warming glass of mulled Orchard Pig cider.
After the butchering and cooking, everyone will sit down together with Perry and the team to share a Christmas dinner, celebrating the start of the festive season with good food, company - and of course cider!
