PBC Butcher Class: Make Your Own Sausage
Wanna see how the sausage gets made? In our Sausage Class, you’ll get to grind, season, crank, and twist your own links. We’ll explain what makes our local, pasture-raised pork so special, then walk you through the process of making your own fresh coarse sausage.
We’ll provide snacks, beverages, and all the equipment and ingredients you’ll need. Each participant leaves with about two pounds of their own bespoke sausage and all the bragging rights to go with it (plus a notebook & a coupon for your next visit!). Please note: the sausages made in this class will be pork only.
