What to Expect at the Beef Bash
After a backstage tour of our whole-animal butcher shop, our butchers will break down a forequarter of beef (the chuck and the rib section) while we illuminate where all your favorite steaks like flat iron, ribeye, skirts and many many many more come from.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share recipes, and talk back.
What’s Provided: Beverages and light charcuterie as well as a notebook and a coupon for your next visit.
