CAFL Training has partnered with psychologist Dr. Ronald Molin to develop a training curriculum on effective communication w/ child clients.About this Event
This program will provide participants with a framework for having difficult conversations with children, about why they are in substitute care and what they want to happen, among other topics. With this foundation, participants will then have an opportunity, using case examples, to practice eliciting the child’s preferences and determining their position.
This is a full-day (9am-5pm), in-person program. Lunch will be provided.
Space is limited to 60 participants in each location. We will open a wait list when a location reaches capacity.
