Do you have a little one under 5 months? If so, we would love to welcome you to try our brand new class, Mummy & Me Bootcamp.This class is specifically designed for post-natal women who are looking to get back into fitness following the birth of their little one.
Bootcamp can sound scary, but don't worry. This class is not just for people into their fitness. We make adaptations throughout, so regardless of your fitness level, you will be able to get stuck in.
Class takes place at the Maybury Centre, Woking, GU21 5HD.
Free parking on-site and no need for childcare, little one comes with you!
