Join local, community agencies for the Buster's Color Run/Colors of Recovery 5K Color Run/Walk, a vibrant and impactful event dedicated to raising awareness about addiction and supporting those on the journey to recovery along with raising funds for the Amen Food Pantry and the Scholarship Program through the Dickinson Running Club. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or just looking for a fun way to contribute to a worthy cause, this event is for you!Event Highlights:
• Colorful Course: Experience a burst of color as you run, walk, or stroll through our 5K course at Dickinson State University. Throughout the race, you'll encounter color stations where volunteers will shower you in vibrant, non-toxic powder, creating a rainbow of hues that symbolize hope and transformation.
• Family Fun: This event is designed to be fun for all ages. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to enjoy a day filled with excitement, community spirit, and colorful memories.
• Inspirational Stories: Hear from individuals who have overcome addiction and are thriving in their recovery journey along with other guest speakers in the community to share about their programs. Their stories of strength and resilience will inspire and uplift.
All proceeds from the Buster's Color Run/Colors of Recovery 5K Color Run will benefit AMEN Food Pantry and the Scholarship Program through the Dickinson Running Club for DSU. Your participation helps provide essential resources and foster a supportive environment for those on the path to recovery.
