You've only just begun climbing and already you feel like you've hit a plateau. Join us on May 2 at Balance Climbing and we'll address one of the most common hurdles that beginner boulderers face that can result in a plateau– the lack of body tension. We'll focus on understanding why we need to hold tension on the wall. And how we hold tension.
The workshop will cover how we create a stable base with the core and hips, and how we maintain stability, using our shoulders and back, as we move across the wall. We'll focus on exercises to prepare our core, hips, back, and shoulders to hold tension.
