Buskers’ Banquet combines the best of Bristol’s independent food and performing arts scene to create an amazing festival celebrating delicious flavours and incredible music.What to expect:
A unique evening showcasing the best of Bristol’s food and music scene Delicious, bespoke two-course meal from Bristol’s most impressive culinary talents Two live acoustic performances from Bristol-based musicians This evening will not only provide you with an intimate and enjoyable experience. It will give these wonderful Bristol-based talents a chance to do what they do best - share their passions with lucky guests.
The chef will have the opportunity to create, share and discuss their specially-curated menu. The performers will be able to treat the audience to an intimate acoustic gig, giving guests a special insight into their world.
Given the wonderful feedback Buskers’ Banquet received from their May series, they’re certain that this will be an event you won’t want to miss.

The Menu: Starter Roast beetroot and smoked cheese arancini (vegan) OR Prosciutto, pear, Stilton and walnut tart
Mains Mushroom on croute, Jerusalem artichoke gratin, miso butter bean mash, braised red cabbage, winter greens, roast onion gravy and salsa verde (vegan) OR Braised pork cheeks, apple salsa, Jerusalem artichoke gratin, polenta fritters, braised red cabbage, winter greens and smoked gravy
The Chef: Munch with Max
Munch with Max started 8 months ago with the intention of being just a food blog, but it became quickly apparent that I wanted people to experience my food, not just see it. I've always been passionate about marrying food with entertainment, doing a comedy and pie night, as well as a Mexican and music evening. More recently Munch with Max branched out and I took over the kitchen at a couple of Bristol pubs. I am looking forward to showing off my fine dining talents and my first Buskers Banquet!
