After navigating her own challenging journey through early peri-menopause and Primary Ovarian Insufficiency, Chrissie made a decision: menopause would not be the beginning of the end — it would be the start of the most unapologetic, powerful chapter of her life. Now, she’s on a mission to help peri- and post-menopausal mums do the same.
Chrissie supports women who are done with shrinking, surviving, and putting themselves last. She helps them reclaim their energy, confidence, and identity — and step fully into the hottest, boldest, most ferocious season of their lives. She rejects the outdated rules women have been given about menopause: Slow down. Settle. Fade into the background. Those rules were never written for the women Chrissie works with.
Her approach blends intelligent exercise, sustainable nutrition, mindset mastery, and deep identity-shifting work — so women don’t just feel better, they become who they were always meant to be.
