*Adriana Brunner, MBA | Business Development Manager, MyPoint Credit Union
Adriana is a native from Medellin, Colombia. She is the Business Development Manager for MyPoint Credit Union (formerly Point Loma Credit Union) for the past 14 years. At the Credit Union, she works under the VP of Marketing leading the Business Development, Partnerships and Community Relations efforts. Adriana is very passionate about financial literacy education; hosting, speaking and supporting numerous organizations and events throughout the year. Adriana believes in the credit union difference and how they positively impact our community. She holds a B.S in Economics, Master’s Degree in International Finance (Minor in LATAM Finances) and an MBA.
Adriana volunteers as a Director for the following boards: MANA of North County San Diego, Filipino American Chamber of Commerce of North San Diego and the San Diego Colombian Chamber of Commerce. She lives in North County San Diego with her husband, daughter and two dogs.

Joyce Parra joined the Accessity Business Development team in 2019. Accessity is a Community Development Financial Institution and mission-based lender, Accessity’s mission is to open doors of financial opportunity to those historically with less access to capital and business support: entrepreneurs of color, women, immigrant, and low-to-moderate income entrepreneurs, so they can build a prosperous business and livelihood for themselves and their families, while also strengthening our communities.
Parra’s philosophy is to ensure that entrepreneurs have access to the tools they need to start or grow their businesses and remain sustainable in the current economy. As part of her role, she conducts seminars and workshops focused on financial literacy for entrepreneurs. Parra has more than 20 years of experience in financial services spanning across a variety of industries, including banking, non-profits, and education. She has acquired financial literacy knowledge and information from experience in her career, which also includes time spent as an educator.
Joyce came to the United States as a young teenager from Lima, Peru. She received her B.A. and M.A. from San Diego State University and has been involved in the areas of education, business, and entrepreneurship.
