Business Planning for Women in Pembrokeshire

Join us for a trio of practical, supportive workshops designed to help women in business reflect on the past year — the wins, the challenges, and everything in between — and use those insights to create a clear, realistic plan for the first quarter of 2026.

You are welcome to attend one, two, or all three sessions. Each workshop stands alone, but together they provide a focused, confidence-building framework to help you move into the new year with clarity, structure, and momentum.

These workshops are led by Kirsty Knight — a fellow mum, Pembrokeshire-based MIB Business Leader, and established business coach for women — and are free of charge.

Workshop 1: Reflect & Reset
Thursday 22nd January | 10:00–12:00
Take stock of the past year, gain clarity on where you are now, and define where you want to go next. Identify what worked, what didn’t, and the key barriers to your growth.

Workshop 2: Strategy & Structure
Thursday 29th January | 10:00–12:00
Turn your goals into a simple, realistic business plan that fits around your life, time, and responsibilities.

Workshop 3: Marketing & Momentum
Thursday 5th February | 10:00–12:00
Get clear on your marketing strategy and create a practical content plan for the year ahead. Learn how to build a consistent, sustainable approach that keeps your business visible and moving forward — without long hours or burnout.

These are informal, baby- and child-friendly workshops.

• Breastfeeding and feeding babies in the room is very welcome, and a quiet space is also available if you’d prefer
• Please feel free to bring toys to help keep little ones entertained
